We followed the suggestions and ordered one half-size down, they fit well and are comfortable for him. He was impressed with the comfort width-wise, and mentioned their warmth right away.

A couple of speed laces would be nice- kinda slow to put on. Have good ankle and lateral support, but lack sufficient arch support. However, nothing that a good pair of insoles won't take care of. Great for what they are intended for- a work boot.
