Comments: The electric range isn't that great for the Bialetti(R) espresso coffee maker. This (Primus) little "hottie" has adequate stability, great output (with correspondingly excellent simmer) and convenient/reliable ignition for rapid ease in morning coffee-making. I'd buy it again (and, in fact, I did!) to have one in the knapsack for "dining out" by creeks and waterfalls. Well done (and well simmered!) Primus. And a hearty "Thank you" to Primus' fine product support; Zelinda sent me a lost part for another Primus stove, all the way from Sweden-Free! It's hard to go wrong with excellent products[...]
Clever design, light weight, a steal!

Comments: I bought this stove for a 3 day backpacking trip with 2 friends. We had borrowed another stove from a friend for previous trips. This stove is so much smaller, more compact, and much more lightweight. The best feature is the self igniter - no more burned fingers or scorched eyebrows! What an indispensable little stove with an even better price!
