These are great shoes for the price and an awesome beginner climbing shoe. They fit my sister perfectly and she is a women's 7 with a regular width foot.

My feet have a fairly wide ball but a narrow heel. These shoes provide coverage and support where I need it.

Losen the heel straps, and you can even stand to belay in them when it's your turn.
