The petticoat hangs unevenly so it doesn't look so great, plus I can't figure out what I would ever wear with it on top. I'm going to return it.

Just a bit large, and a bit longer than I like, cause I'm only 5' 3". I didn't feel one size smaller would work for me. But on a taller person, I think this would work well.
