The hipster style is cut small By RphNick from Illinois on 04/10/2008 Cons: Not for an athletic build Best Uses: Inspiring weight lose Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Normally the medium size Frankie and Johnny pajamas are more than generous, but the hipster style does run small. I have an athletic build, so it is tight through the hips, buttocks, and shoulders. I love the pattern, so I'm hoping I can shed a few pounds not only for the summer, but so I can wear my new pjs.
They were definitely not sized right! Needless to say, i donated the pj's to the humane society thrift store - maybe someone else can wear them....[...]
By The Mag from Monterey, CA on 01/22/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Nice Design, Soft, Warm, Well Made Describe Yourself: Practical Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Runs true to size, I'm 5'5" and 150 lbs, the medium fit fine. A denser fabric than you normally see, and the drawstring is elastic in the back, so you can cinch up your waist and leave it tied ever after, pulling it up and down like a regular elastic waistband. I was impressed.
Give it a few washings in hot water for it to start fluffing.
