They will get their durability stress test when I go on vacation in December.

I wear a 6 1/2 in mosyt brands, a 6 in Teva, a 7 in New Balance. I ordered these in 6 1/2 and the seem a tad long but I think with socks they'll be fine....also, they are hard to tighten as has been mentionned..it's a non-stretch rather than bungee cord.
I love the color.
