Ultimate Flex cushion insole features a leather-covered footbed, a high-tech Poron® foam insole cushion and a rigid shank with a flex ball joint for flexibility.

I would think the regular width mens boot is more of a narrow as I am a classic 8 - 8 1/2. Bought the black ones first, tried them on, and just bought the cognac pair - Will last a long time.
