I bought one of these along with the 25L LTW Pneumo bags. Basically, they are identical...with the exception of the valve placement (on this bag, it's mid-bag; on the other, it's at the end), the hanging cord, and the ability to hang this bag in different directions.
So if you already have a rope you can use to string up a bear bag, you might consider just buying the slightly cheaper 25L LTW Pnuemo...given that they are basically the same bag.
What makes this one nice is that you can use it as a bear bag OR simply get rid of the hanging cord and use it as a regular dry bag. Either way, it works great. No complaints so far.
Worked better than expected By unafordable from Wilmington, NC on 09/06/2008 Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Strong Material, Tight Closure, Waterproof Best Uses: Backpacking, Campingkayaking Describe Yourself: Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I took a small group of scouts out backpacking to earn their merit badge. They needed to camp/hike approx 30mi/5days. This was the system me and another adult used for our food and trash at night. It required very little work to hang the bag even on the first night when we had the most amount of weight in it. On nights 2 and 3 it rained. Our food was totally dry when we brought it down the next morning. And one morning when it kept raining, it was much easier to keep my food dry by just letting it stay inside this bag.

The weather was rainy (surprise) but the bag kept our food dry while hanging overnight. 25L capacity holds a surprising amount. And the attached para-cord is plenty long and strong. Highly recommended- [...]
