By DC from West Tisbury, MA on 08/25/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Casual Wear, Cold Weather, Travel, Work Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are really great boots. My first pair stretched out a little too much so I bought my next ones a half size smaller.
By sunup/sundown from Kentucky on 08/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Wet Weather, Work Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Always wanted a pair & could finally purchase because of the great price. Love how the top of boot fits close to leg so dirt/hay/shavings don't get inside. Very comfortable & will wear for a very long time I'm sure.
By Murf from Tennessee on 08/10/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Stylish Cons: Needs better arch support Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Describe Yourself: Conservative Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Blunnies are good boots--I really didn't like the suede look but when I dressed 'em with mink oil they became a nice brown patina. The right boot rubbed the top of my arch at first but eventually stretched out.
My only complaint is that like LLBean "gum shoes" these have very little arch support--which I've added.
