Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Shorts are very comfortable and are cut well for movement. I wear them jogging and for yoga. I droopy, shallow, pocket in the middle of the back seems odd - might be good to hold a power bar, but would not trust for wallet/ID/keys or anything you might care about if it went missing.
