I love these pants for hiking By Gym Runner from Boston, MA on 08/03/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable, Quick-drying, Soft fabric, Very strong fabric Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I'd give these 5 stars if they came up to the waist, but they do come up pretty high, by today's standards. Since there was only a Regular available in my size, & I need a short, I had to shorten them; this was easily doable.
I slid down a number of some very slippery rocks on these pants; they washed up good as new.
Really nice pants- uight in the crotch By Gym runner from Boston, MA on 07/19/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable, Stylish Best Uses: Backpacking, Camping, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Other than the crotch, these pants fit perfectly. I've ordered a larger size and hope they will work.
By C from Jersey Shore on 07/17/2008 Pros: Breathable, High-Quality Material and Stitching, Lightweight, Packable, Stylish Best Uses: Backpacking, Beach, Camping, Casual Wear, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are incredibly light and soft. Will take up no room in luggage, and wrinkles fall out. I said "mmm" when I unwrapped them. Possibly too light to wear for anything that's not really casual, though. The waist is med-low, and legs are narrowish. I usually wear a 6, but an 8 looks a lot better in North Face.
