The fabric edge under the buttonhole side was cut short and un-edged.
The replacement was up to the high standards that I have grown accustomed to in my many other Roper Western Style Shirts from STP (Sierra TRading Post).
Would have rather received a usable product from the get-go and not have to hassle with the mechanics of doing a merchandise return.
