I ordered an XL hoping I'd have a bit of room and unfortunately it is very snug and probably not a shirt I'd wear all the time. Great fabric and well made, I just wish it was a bit more roomy.

In between sizes? Definitely, go up a size:
The shirt is a little snug at the hips, even at the upper-size, but bust area was no problem (fit just right). The fit is slightly form fitting. Does not hug my back in a bad way. I will wear this shirt tucked inside my pants. The weight of the fabric is a little heavy. If I wear it in the summer, here in Florida, I will raise the sleeves as high as they go, below my elbow. I like this shirt better, in person. I predict, I will wear it many times.
