Sizing is tricky. I wear a size 30 to 32 in American brands (30L in Ovation and Tailored Sportsman low-rise sytles) and the Barbour size 14 fit me. It is a higher waist band than I am use to, but I generally buy low rise styles. I was hoping the ivory would be the correct color to hunt in but it is a little too light.

They aren't really appropriate for anything else. The sizing is tricky, but this seems to be the case with European clothes in general.
