Overstock. Royal Velvet's Milan down alternative Full-Queen comforter of 240 thread count cotton is filled with the latest luxury down alternative: 100% polyester cluster fiber. Cluster fiber flows freely like goose down because it is given a slick silicone treatment. Fiber is then blown into the comforter using the same process as down.
