Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have osteoarthritis in my neck and have always had problems with finding a comfortable pillow. This is a Great pillow for a side sleeper and very useful for extra support if you like to read in bed. Plus, I was really amazed at the amount of detail in the packaging; i.e. a zippered slipcover (usually an additional purchase) comes with this well constructed pillow. Nice attention to detail. Wish I had purchased two the first time, now I have to pay shipping twice...rats.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Almost too much of a good thing. I thought these would be good for sleeping, but they are too stuffed and firm. My husband and I will use them for our bottom pillow for reading and stick with our older pillows for sleeping. The covers and pillow protectors are beautiful, silky smooth cotton.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: We tried laying on these and sent them back because the fibers did not move around like a down pillow. They just felt "springy" like any other pillow.
