HAD TO RETURN TOO NARROW FOR ME By SHARBO from NV. on 11/10/2009 Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: TIGHT THRU INSTEP
By Annabelle from Washington, DC on 11/04/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Cute, Stylish Cons: Difficult Entry/Exit Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented, Conservative, Stylish Sizing: Feels half size too big Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am usually an 8.5/39, so I ordered an 8. I'm glad I didn't go any smaller b/c then I might not have been able to get my foot into the boot due to my high arches. The boots are a bit long (lots of toe room) but not too much that they are awkward to walk in. They do make my feet look kind of big, but at least they don't make them look wide. The width is perfect. The soles are slippery at first, but once they get scuffed they're not so bad. I like the fact that they're leather inside and out. These are a great deal considering you'd pay twice as much for a comparable or inferior leather boot at a retail or department store.
By Dogwalker from Boston, MA on 10/29/2009 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters Describe Yourself: Comfort-oriented Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A great style that looks good with pants or a skirt, but the leather is oddly blotchy in color and they really need another layer of inner soles. However, once broken in they are good city walking boots. I doubt they would do well in serious inclement weather.
