good quality waterproof boots By swallowtail from Albany, NY on 11/17/2009 Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Asolo always makes quality boots and these boots are well-built, durable, and hug my feet. They are on the ugly side but I only use them for outdoor work in the mud. They have a seam that can be irritating (peculiar to my feet) but I wear heavy socks and just need to keep the boots tight. And I look like a rocketman!
By 123ninka from New York on 11/16/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Boots not so warm.
By superchafin from Northern New Hampshire on 11/09/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, Toes can get cold Best Uses: Activity, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: very good boots, provide great ankle support and great traction, a bit troubling to take off and put on-especially when the laces got frozen it took me several minutes to get each of them off, seriously. Very breathable for the amount of warmth they provide. If outside in snow without being active for more than three hours your toes will get cold, the rest of your foot will be toasty, and if you stay walking and working your toes don't get cold.
