By Photo Girl from Westcliffe, CO on 10/25/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We have 40 acres, and I use the boots for walking our property, often through substantial snow drifts, so the height is great. They warm and lightweight, but a little hard to get on. Also, they run small. I usually wear a size 9, and the size 9.5 was almost too snug with warm socks. Wish the boots came in different colors. I bought a pair for my daughter in NYC who walks a mile to work.

I agree they do fit a little big, but with winter socks I can manage with a half size larger. They are comfortable to wear and I know I won't be slipping on the sidewalk with these on.
