My mom got them for me for my birthday, and I am seriously considering buying another pair. The removable liner is great, so the padded lycra shorts can be worn alone, or, even better, the outer shorts which are very attractive can be worn alone as well (I have worn them out as my regular outfit a few times--they're great and super comfy). I've never done a triathlon, but I imagine that running in these shorts would be pretty comfy too. They are the PERFECT mountain biking short, and I imagine they would work equally well for road biking.
Very nice, but I like the shorts best. By KayKanu from Boulder, CO on 07/05/2008 Pros: Attractive Design, Comfortable, Versatile Best Uses: Biking, Casual Wear Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Bike-N-Hike, Career, Casual Inseam: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are great for biking comfortably and still being able to walk around in "real clothes". However, if you have to adjust the eleastic waistband too far (if you have a small waist and larger hips) it does get a little wrinkly and awkward. I prefer the drawstring adjustment on the shorts.
