Well made, keeps stuff cold a long time

Product failed after single use. Purchased two units, both have same issues. As ice melts and creates water, the water can escape through the zippers (that also do not function well) and contaminate the person carrying the product. Even at discounted cost, product is on the expensive side if it functions properly. Considering it does not function properly, it's rather entertaining to friends when they find out the cost and witness the lack of function. All of the women tailgating around us thought they were 'cute', which was nice...

I have had a few complaints with this product but none too large to want a refund or not use it anymore. I might have a diffrent attitude once the zippers break and the side handles fall off. It is larger than my other soft sided coolers so it does serve a purpose when I need to go big.

Zipper pull broke right out of the box. The zipper teeth also did not align correctly. Sierra quickly sent a replacement and that one works great.

I gave this to my wife as a gift for us to use traveling in the car and it will be perfect to help organize our various campsite/food/dining stuff. I know about RF welding PVC and urethane-coated fabrics, and this is very well made and an incredible value.
