Pacific Outdoor Equipment Insul-Mut Dog Bed - Extra Large

This bed was perfect size for my 1 year old yellow lab. It has enough stuffing in it for her too. It is not completely stuffed so depending on how soft of a bed your dog prefers, you may need to add more. My Lab loves to jump into the bed when she is playing. The material is cool for the summer time and will be warm in the winter as well. I thought I wasordering a pink colored bed, but it came in the auqua color you see in the picture. Beautiful color though!

i buy dog beds like some people buy shoes, so my dogs have plenty of options. these beds were immediately the most popular ones in the house. i have purchased some for friends dogs as well and all have enjoyed them. only down side may be cleaning, fill can be emptied out so cover can be washed, but i think that might be a project.

This came rolled up tightly in a bag; i was not able to roll it like that again and just had to stuff it into the box when i returned it. It has MAYBE half the filling of what is shown in the photo. The filler is cut pieces (2-8') of foam that move around very easily... so with the amount in the bag, it's extremely easy for the dog to sink all the way to the floor underneath while the padding moved to the side. It seemed pretty worthless to me, but is a good idea conceptually since the foam pieces have been recycled from some other use.

This is a good dog bed as is but there wasn't enough fill for mine or my dogs liking so I added some to it (very easily) and it's a great dog bed now! The recycled aspect is important to me though so I can look past the fact that it wasn't filled enough with the sleeping pad foam. The outer material is not soft fabric, which can retain odor.It is more like a tough sleeping bag fabric. *Mine came in a blue color also, not the pink that they show here. My guess is you can't pick color it just shows up as is.

Although these have a lot of cushion and the dogs like them, the fabric is not durable enough for large dogs. We had it for only one week before it was torn when our dog was circling before lying down. It is also very inconvenient to wash. The filling has to be dumped out and the tiny pieces make it hard to get them all back in. They stick to everything and go everywhere!

My Great Dane really likes this bed and she can be picky. It offers support for her while she's outside and I don't have to worry about her inside bed getting dirty. Only drawback is that the foam is not in its own container to make it easier for washing the cover. But, a great bed an a great price!!!

I like the color. I bought this for my "girl" dog. I didn't realize it was shredded foam inside, so it bunches on one side or the other. But is was a decent price, so I decided to keep it. Would not buy another one.

Great Dane pup wouldn't let us get the bed out of the packaging before claiming it as hers. We bought one and ended up getting two more for other rooms since she liked the first one so much. She will be able to grow into them and use them when she's full grown as well. Nice for summer since the fabric stays rather cool. Wipes clean easily and looks like it could be washed if you take the filling out first. Color was definitely not as expected, however. We ordered pink and got one dark red bed and two navy beds...

So far this appears to be a wonderful use of items that otherwise would have been discarded. I purchased the extra large which seems to me to not have nearly enough filling and I purchased the large which seemed just fine. My dogs really like these beds which is really all that matters.
