    The bag is missing hardware or straps to hitch it to the seat or the post. I could spend more money trying to attach it to the bike, but I'll send it back.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    Took a long time for my bike shop mechanic to figure out how to install for my new bike. (There are no installation directions with it.) He eventually concluded that it couldn't fit under the seat of my road bike because it kept hitting the post. Will have to return.
