    Pros:
    Strong Material, Tight Closure, Waterproof
    Cons:
    Shoulder strap insecure
    Describe Yourself:
    Recreational
    Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
This bag is very roomy. After about 20lbs of loading/pulling/pressure, the shoulder strap can snap out of its clip, sending the whole bag crashing to the ground. Everything else about this bag is wonderful - the waterproofing is excellent, the zippers are great - and it is a shame not to be able to use it because of this problem.

I use the bag to carry items for long hikes. It is large and holds a lot. It is overall waterproof. I did get some condensation in the pocket flap.

    Pros:
    Good Capacity, Strong Material, Waterproof
    Cons:
    Clip
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Bought this bag a few weeks ago for commuting. It's great and durable. Pros: - Super-rugged. This bag can take a serious beating. - Totally waterproof - one day, I forgot my umbrella and had to walk with the bag over my head. I stayed dry, and more impressively, so did the contents of the bag. - Enormous and well-organized. Should be able to carry everything you need. - Pretty well-padded in the right spots. Except when biking while it's overloaded, it's reasonably comfortable to carry. Cons - - The plastic clip for the shoulder strap worries me a little bit. It's held up fine so far, but it doesn't seem quite as durable as the rest of the bag. - Tough to bike when the bag is fully loaded with heavy items. However, this is probably my own stupid fault for throwing a 6-pack of beer and some other heavy items in, and trying to bike uphill.

I love this bag. It's super durable, waterproof, and I've beat it the hell up, and nothing has really broken. I carry plenty of weight and stuff it full, and then ride with it on a bike. Through wear and tear, things like the zipper pulls have broken off but Pacific Outdoor will gladly replace them for you. I really say there is nothing wrong with this bag. Some people might not like the large main compartment not divided, and I certainly do.

I was looking for a giant waterproof bag to strap across my bike rack and panniers. This is perfect for that purpose. It would be too large just on the rack by itself though. This has that extra stabilization strap if you are wearing the bag. I am short 5'2", so this bag looks hilarious when carried. But it fits everything I need for my commute, and keeps my stuff bone dry in the process!
