“I was looking for a giant waterproof bag to strap across my bike rack and panniers. This is perfect for that purpose. It would be too large just on the rack by itself though. This has that extra stabilization strap if you are wearing the bag. I am short 5'2", so this bag looks hilarious when carried. But it fits everything I need for my commute, and keeps my stuff bone dry in the process!”
