“This bag is very roomy. After about 20lbs of loading/pulling/pressure, the shoulder strap can snap out of its clip, sending the whole bag crashing to the ground. Everything else about this bag is wonderful - the waterproofing is excellent, the zippers are great - and it is a shame not to be able to use it because of this problem.”
