“Bought this coat for my four year old daughter. She loves it.We live in Houston and it does not get that cold yet this jacket is perfect. She wears it to school daily rain,cold and yes even snow 12/4. The quality is is much better than anything that I have seen in our local department stores.We visit NYC often and this jacket will workout just fine for their weather.”
