“Cozy”

“I bought this for my 5 year old daughter. She absolutely loved the color, the scarf and the furry hood. We have recently had some below zero temps in Kansas and it seemed to do its job of keeping her warm. We haven't had the snow yet to see if it will keep her dry. She says she loves it because it is "cozy".”
