“Toasty at 23 with light and variable winds. For a two mile dog walk. When worn with a pair of 14oz jeans, lightweight wool thermal, and an army issue poly undershirt. For me, it provided good wind resistance to the body core. I am convinced that I would still be warm well with in mid to lower teens.”
