Nice fabric, zipper, silicone gripper at hem, water-proof pouch inside center rear pocket. I'm 5'11", 160#, and the medium fits well. It could stand to be slightly longer - I sometimes get a small gap in front when standing up straight, but when on the bike it's fine. Overall a very good value.
