I was thrilled to find these shorts, as I am a keen bike rider in my 50s. I am just sick of the spandex look and wanted exactly these shorts. And believe me I have looked high and low for them. They are great with or without the bike short, they dry fast, and I can vouch for the finishing; they are ... Read More

Very disappointing. The shorts would have been great if they fit. The shorts were too big around the waist. Granted, you can cinch the
waist band but then they didn't fall right. And the inside liner was too tight. Strange combination. The inside liner can be detached
    which is a nice feature.

Loved the look of these shorts. Can wear them riding or around town. The inner liner is a bit snug however.

  • Question “Are these shorts practical for hot weather riding? 20" inseam is a bit long....”
Asked on 4/20/2011 12:00:00 AM by PK from Tucson
    • Answer The inseam is 9" on a medium as the outside seam from hip to leg is 20" total. It is a good warm weather riding short.
Answered on 4/25/2011 12:00:00 AM by Customer Care from Sierra Trading Post
    • Answer I sent them back, both for fit, and because the fabric was MUCH heavier than I'd hoped. I think they'd be far too hot, especiallly in Tucson!
Answered on 5/31/2011 12:00:00 AM by seattlite from Seattle, WA
    • Answer They are similar fabric to some of my hiking shorts. I think they will breathe and be comfortable in all but extremely hot temps.
