    As a tall woman (5'11"), it's not easy to find over-the-calf socks that are long enough for me. These are! They are high quality, tightly woven wool, a bit thin, but that is to be expected in a man's dress sock. I deducted a star because even the regular size is swimming on my foot, though my shoe size falls within it's range. If the footbed was a bit smaller, they'd be five stars!

    I have a size 9.5 women's foot that is really wide with bunions. Women's socks are normally too small/tight for me. These socks (I bought men's medium) fit me after 3 washes. They were too big at first but did shrink enough to fit. I love the quality, comfort and color.

    Great socks that were priced closer to $30 locally until I found them here. I was nervous about the over-the-calf design, but have found that I love them for staying where I put them all day long. These babies are thin, but work well. I'm not sure I will wear them without shoes like I do with my smartwools, but all in all, great socks.
