But I got it damp/wet and shaped it like a cowboy hat (with the brim still down). It dries pretty much the way you shape it. Also, I put a couple grommets on the sides for a cord, wound one around the top and through the grommets, so it can be tied under the chin. Otherwise the hat would blow off easily in a breeze. It arrived very miss-shapened, wrinkled, and weird looking. But I think it will be useful, after these adjustments.
