Based on a previous reviewer's comment and trying it on, I moved the cuff buttons over a bit and did not suffer floppy sleeves. I've only worn it open over a (black, of course) tank, so I can't speak of how effective the Lycra is. Feels like it should be fine.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anne from Albany, NY on Tuesday, November 4, 2014The fabric is nice. The fit is larger than described. The 3/4 sleeves have enormous cuffs. They will hang off my arms and easily fall above my elbow if I raise my arms. I wash my hand repeatedly at work, so like the idea of 3/4 length sleeves that don't get in the way. The problem with these is that they will scrunch up above my elbows when I put on a coat.
