The story behind Parasol began in 1997, when friends Alfredo Garcia-Lucio and Jim McKeever decided to build a company focused on creating unique, artfully designed bird feeders. What began as a series of lovely hand-blown glass Parasol hummingbird feeders has since expanded into a diverse array of aesthetically unique feeders in all shapes and sizes. The 3-bottle version was sold out, and I imagine that it sits a little more balanced than this one does. That said, the verdict will be determined by the hummingbirds, and they're not around this time of year. I'll try and update when spring rolls around.
