I have very high arches too so it was a problem I have never had before. Ususally it's the opposite problem. But, I couldn't keep them from slipping because of that so had to send them back.

However, my instep is too high to really fit well, and as the other reviews stated my heel kept slipping. Nice looking but the strange fit made me return them.
