Patagonia Dogwood Boots (For Men)

Very good boots!!

As STP, suggests, order at least 1/2 size up -- if your feet are wide , I'd possibly go up a full size.(Remember, shoe sizes don't just refer to the length of the shoe, but to its total volume as well.) These Patagonia chukkas are very comfortable and good-looking. The soles are grippy, but don't trip you up like crepe soles can. If you take care of the nubuck, you can greatly extend the wearability of these chukkas. There are several products you can use to waterproof and stainproof them. I recommend using them to keep your boots looking good and feeling soft. Although Nubuck is a napped full grain leather, regular boot creams and polishes will destroy the finish. But with very little care, you can keep your Patagonia's looking and feeling great. Because Nubuck is a full grain leather (and from my experiences with other Nubuck boots) it will outlast suede yet still give you a softer look and fit. These Patagonia's seem to mold to your feet almost instantly which makes them exceptionally comfortable. A great weekend or travel chukka.

this is a great shoe to work in. starts out stiff and quickly breaks in and molds to your feet. shoe is somewhat waterproof. i wash several horses a day in them. sorry they are being discontinued. wish i could buy six more pairs

These shoes/boots are the most comfortable I have ever owned. I look for excuses to go for walks in them, no socks required!

Great shoe but looks too narrow on me; I'm an athletic build so these are not proportionate to my body, designed more for the slimmer male. Other than that, the shoe feels great, breathes really well, very attractive with jeans and surprisingly comfortable.

I have had 4 pairs of these and the Cedars ... they are very comfortable and have a great sole ...

Got these cause the price was right. Out of box comes a bit stiff but a few days in these and they soften up and shape to your foot. Unique gel like sole but I would'nt wear these on any kind of serious hike, or long distance walk, etc. These are for lazy days and crazy nights.

Had to return them as they were not a good fit for my feet. Very low volume. I usually insert generic orthodics (Superfeet) and there just isn't enough room.Thye were an impossible squeeze even without replacing the footbed with Superfeet.

These are great in style, comfort, and quality. Any time I'm in need of replaceemnts (I currently have 2 pair) I would buy these. Only flaw is that the sole holds dirt, snow, and water. I can live with that, as I only wear indoors or in dry weather. Super comfortable. Also, other reviewers said it runs small. I am tight (read slightly uncomfortable) fit in 13's from Adidas, Vasque, Nike, Asics, Mizuno, etc. These 13's fit perfectly. Exceptional quality and detail.

Patagonia makes a great product and these shoes certainly fit the pattern.
