“Good shoes”

By LMVerified PurchaserVerified Reviewer from Cleveland, OH on 12/28/2009
Pros:
Comfortable, Versatile
Cons:
Too Stiff
Best Uses:
Approach shoes, Hiking
Describe Yourself:
Comfort Driven
Sizing:
Feels half size too small
Width:
Feels true to width
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
“The shoes have very good traction and feel stable and secure on rocks. I can even climb some easy 5th-class routes in them. Stiffness is good for scrambling on rocky approach trails, but I wouldn't want to wear these shoes for extended multi-day hiking, though they are comfortable to wear all day. Sometimes after a long hike down-slope I feel that my big toes hurt from the foot sliding forward inside the shoes, though they are not too big otherwise.”
