Ordered boot 1 size too large and still did not fit.

depending on the thickness of your socks, these boots can be very difficult to put on, but comfortable on the feet once you get them on. Very warm, and waterproof.

These are wonderful boots! After reading reviews about size, I did, in fact, order up a half size. They seem to fit perfectly. I think you could go either way, though. As for the comments regarding enough room for your foot to enter the boot, they are a little snug at first but after a couple of wearings, they are fine. I was so concerned about this that when they arrived, I checked it first thing. At first I couldn't get my foot in, but then I realized there was a very carefully placed and fitted piece of cardboard in there! I almost sent them back because of the reviews before I realized this!! Haha! There's something about a boot that you can grab, pull on and go. I keep grabbin' 'em and going places!!

Previous comments noted that these ran small but others disagreed. I ordered my true size of 7.5 and these fit just perfect. Not really difficult to put on; after all it is a boot. Loved them!

I loved the short version of this boot, so I got these. The short ones have elastic to make it easier to enter. These have nothing; and, even though I got a size larger than I wear, they went unworn all winter because they were so hard to get on. I always defaulted to the Merrels or Tevas. These are really warm, stylish, and well-made--but there is no easy way to get into them. It is shaped, and my foot just gets stuck on the way down. I know they fit from the once or twice I too the time and trouble to get Into them. Way too much trouble!
