“I bought this for my wife for something to wear casually during the fall and winter so the light color wasn't a concern. It looks great on her. The 700 down is surprisingly light, so as a vest it seems to give a lot of freedom. Has a bit of bulk to it as all down will, but my wife can wear this under a gore-tex shell and be plenty warm and dry if the conditions ever get rough.”
