    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    Length and style were fine, but the size is way off. Medium won't stay-up no matter how much shrinking it does in the wash. I think that the M fit more like a XL. (I'm normally a size 4-6.) I love the fabric though, thicker than other yoga pants with a soft terrycloth like underside.

    Nice pants, if you know your size-I wear some Patagonia, wear a 6 in most things, and ordered the mediums. WAAAAYYYYY too big. Altered them, liked them enough to keep them and sew. But 4-6 is medium, puts me at the outside range and I am tall...

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    These pants are really comfortable, but the rise is quite short, so they sit too low on the hips. Low rise wouldn't be a problem if these pants had a drawstring, or some way to hold them up. Every time I bend or walk, they fall down. I'm constantly pulling them back up. I have sewn some darts in the sides, so that might help. I'm considering sewing a casing and inserting a drawstring.

    I should have read the comments more carefully. These pants would be great in smaller size. I am 5 ft. 6 in, and about 145 lbs and medium is waaaaaaaay too big for me in every dimension. Since this item is no longer available, I cannot exchange it for a smaller size, so I will have to alter it.
