However, I doubt a smaller size would fit across the shoulders. Maybe if it were slightly longer, it wouldn't look so big. Quality and construction are very nice. Like that it is made in US.

It is tailored just enough yet it is also by cut relaxed. The colors are subdued and formal which gives the wearer a chance to dress it up! The sleeve length could be a challenge to some.
