    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I, unfortunately, am pear shaped. Size 16 is often too tight across the thighs on me. These pants fit well in the waist and are not too snug at the hips or the thighs. I'm 5'8" and they are the right length with 2-3" heels. They are "dry clean only" but look well when cleaned with dry cleaning sheets in the dryer.

    I have these in both colors. I too am "pear shaped", but found that these pants fit well. Instructions are to dry clean, but I machine wash on delicate and hang dry. Little or no ironing required. Can wear with a variety of colored tops. Close to perfect.
