So when I saw another sale, I ordered it in White. The fitted sheet elastic, which runs around the entire sheet, broke as I made the bed for the first time. We do not have a thick mattress. As usual STP was great and shipped me another set. Sadly, the same thing happened again the first time I made the bed. The Ivory set ordered earlier is holding up as expected, but I sent back the second set and will not be ordering these sheets again.

They look even better in person than online, although they have a sheen that I didn't expect. The Ballad appears to be a discontinued style. We plan to mix and match our Ballad duvet set with sheets we already had, but if you want a complete set, this particular style probably won't work for you.
