    Makes spinning class 100% better. Makes both push/pull easier. I ordered a size and a half big and they are still almost too small. They also run very narrow in the toe box. I suggest 2 sizes above regular size. (I wear a women's 6 and the 7 1/2 are snug)

    I bought these shoes for my wife to use with her new clipless pedals. She wears a womens size 4 so it is hard to find shoes her size. The other reviews were correct on them running small. We ordered the 5.5 and they are just about right (maybe a 1/2 size to big but will work).[...]
