    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I really liked the neck design on this jacket; it zips up into a turtleneck inside the hood which would keep cold from scooping in around your neck. However, it was overall quite small (I am 5"4", 100 lbs. and usually wear x small everything) and very short in the body and very long in the sleeves. It didn't fit me with anything heavier than a t shirt underneath, and even then it was too short. Plus the sleeves were way long. So I sent it back.
