I ignored the warnings and ordered the small because I wear that size in Castelli - which also runs very small. This is more like an extra small so unfortunately it goes. But if you can find your size, the quality is super.

I have half a dozen Pearl Izumi jerseys, all medium, and this one is about two inches shorter and maybe 4" smaller around. Sad that this needs to be returned.
I measured it for interested parties. Really, if measurements work for you, order this 'cause it's cute!
Width at underarm - 17.75" ( about 35.5" bust measurement)
Length in front (zipper length) 21" Back is longer.
Width at bottom about 30" with elastic and gripper tape (guaranteed to ride up)
This is a size M, the only size left. I just don't like my jerseys to hug me this way. should be sized much better for PI Elite.

My wife has a swimmers build and is a 36C, so the large was snug in the chest as she likes but no too tight to cause restriction of movement, fabric breaths well also. I had to buy the matching bottoms for her as well.

The jersey didn't fit. As I live in Tokyo Japan exchanging it is out of the question. I hope to one day be able to downsize my breast to fit in this stylish jersey. I'm very petite and Pearl Izumi fits me like a very comfortable and cozy glove. This jersey is truly perfect! the full zipper gives you the ultimate vent and makes the jersey's fit also very flattering. The material is soft and all your uphill sweat dries out as soon as you hit a downhill! The colors are gorgeous. What else can we expect, it's Pearl Izumi after all!!!! I highly recommend this jersey.
What I also have come to love, is this website! Derailed customer service is unbelievable! The website prices are the lowest I have found online (at least for the stuff I am interested in and know the going price for). The shipments are always on time, and I'm extremely happy with my purchases. Derailed has become my new addiction! Oh well, at least it's a healthy addiction ;-) I feel so much happier when I look good on my bike ;-)

I'm apx 5'4" 110 lbs and typically wear XS although my back is broader than some. The XS fits as snugly as you'd possibly want it, which, given that I've a petite frame and very small waist, suggests ordering up a size. The length is a bit short for me (I'm long-waisted). The back pocket is well-designed, The design is very attractive (black scroll design) and the zip open/closure and sleeves may make it a candidate for sun coverage during tennis even.
