“I bought these shoes to train for the Barr Trail Mountain Race (a 12 mile race located at the base of Pikes Peak here in Colorado Springs). So far, so good. I've been happy with Pearl Izumi in the past so I felt confident in purchasing their trail shoe without trying on first. I have a wide foot and neutral gait. This shoe works well for me. I have found it to give me the stability and traction needed on the steep uphills and downhills. Plus, you can't beat the price!!”
