“This top is normally [$]. I'm trying to understand why. Is it because of the welded seam technology and the effort to accomplish this or is it because the jacket is so wonderful in other ways. I really don't know the answer. It doesn't seem to me that it is much more than a high priced wind pull-over. I was hoping I could wear it over one layer and that it provided warmth to run in cold temps. I'll have to report back on this. With regards to its workmanship, the piece is very well made.”
