“I usually layer this over top of my thermal cycling jersey when the temps drop or when rain threatens. I did get caught in the rain once - the jersey kept me warm and mostly dry (it's not waterproof all over). I also wore the jersey over a thermal base layer when hiking on Mt Rainier in October. Again, it was perfect for this activity!”
